Content Writer / Marketing Executive / Social Media Marketing Executive
My client is one the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their marketing team.
The role will involve generating engaging content for our websites, social media platforms, trade press and marketing copy, in an effective and efficient manner.
DUTIES:
- Write clear engaging marketing copy to promote our products and services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Research industry related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Proofread and edit blogs before publication
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Promote content on social media, Update website content as needed
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent copy writing and editing skills in English
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Proven copy writing and content writing experience
- Experience of writing for editorials and trade journals / press
- Experience of website content and landing pages
- Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
- Excellent research skills combined with analytical and creative thinking
