Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Portsmouth inc Flexi working

Part Time: 9:30-14:30 – 25hrs per/week

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 pro rata

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

We’re looking for someone, a Part Time Marketing Manager, to spread the word about White Recruitment and its 4 specialist divisions. A bit about WR. What do we do?

• We make sure the elderly have a nurse to care for them.
• We guarantee that the shelves on in the supermarket are well stocked or children get fed at school.
• We support new technologies that use the natural resources to heat, light and ventilate offices, houses and factories.
• We help fluid move around manufacturing sites, oil rigs and in through your taps at home.
• Well we don’t, but our amazing applicants and clients do…!

More about the role of Marketing Manager at White Recruitment

Your job will be to primarily build our brands reputation through engaging marketing campaigns and increasing engagement with our target audiences on various social media platforms whilst supporting external and internal communications.

Function

• Support Directors and Senior Management Team in creating effective social media content
• Distribute engaging written, video or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content and social media messages
• Use time lines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise engagement
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members
• Provide regular reports to the management team
• Explore existing and new emerging technologies that will increase engagement with target audience
• Have fun

Ultimately we’re looking for someone with energy, someone with an eye for detail, someone who knows their persona’s from their avatars and someone that can communicate with everyone both internally and through their published work.
