M&E Contracts Manager – Building Services

My client is a market-leading design and build, mechanical and electrical contract business that has built up a reputation for quality across the South West and Midlands. They are looking for a Contract Manager to take responsibility for the management of commercial and industrial M&E contracts

Suitable for an Contract Manager, Electrical Contract Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineer with strong commercial acumen and experience in managing commercial or industrial electrical or mechanical contracts

Package:

• Salary £45,000 to £55,000
• Car or allowance
• 25 days holiday
• Bonus based in company profit
• 4% pension

Role:

• Delivering Electrical & Mechanical projects to a range of clients with values from £50k-3million
• Liaising closely with Designers, Estimators, and Project Quantity Surveyors
• Procurement of labor/materials
• Health and safety focused
• Technical compliance
• Managing on-site labor and sub-contractors
• Regular site visits/progress reports

Requirements:

• An electrician, plumber, pipe-fitter or air conditioning engineer by qualification
• Experience in managing electrical or mechanical building services contacts
• Track record of managing electrical or mechanical services projects
• Comprehensive experience in installing electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems
