Role Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for project planning, execution, and financial performance
- Manage budgets and ensure delivery meets commercial targets and profit margins
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams and subcontractors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, tendering, delivery, and closeout
- Ensure compliance with all QHSE standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects from existing client portfolios
- Manage resources, including labour, contractors, and materials, effectively
- Lead on tenders, bids, and proposals with full compliance and auditability
- Take ownership of P&L across multiple projects
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent)
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Background in electrical engineering or building services (HNC or higher preferred)
- Proven experience delivering commercial or corporate projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MIET, CIBSE) is advantageous
