Operating as a multi-million pound turnover group across multi-office bases this is a great opportunity to become part of a team getting stuck into to some intriguing projects in a range of sectors.
The Role –
– Creation of detailed mechanical plans, specification, drawings, further
– Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
– Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues promptly
– Ensure contractual details are adhered to and making sure all works are completed within timeframe, budget and project scope
Requirements –
– Mechanical certification i.e HVAC certs, plumbing certs
– Solid understanding of building codes and regulations
– Proactive thinker with capability to keep up with advancing mechanical technologies
Package –
– To £50k per annum
– Car allowance (£3,000 and higher)
– 25 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays
– Pension Contribution
