Mechanical Contracts Manager – M&E Contractor

My client is a growing mechanical and electrical contractor who is looking to expand the mechanical side of the business. They currently work with SME’s and would like to expand in to larger accounts, establishing preferred supplier status with some big name main contractors


Background:
Existing relationships with main contractors
Suitable for any senior staff who can bring the right contacts with them. This could be an estimator, project manager, contracts manager, bid manager or commercial manager

Mechanical background, pipe-fitter, plumber, or similar would be useful but not essential


Role:
Managing mechanical contracts
Assisting with tenders
Developing relationships with main or principle contractors


Package:
£50,000 plus profit share
Realistic earning £60,000, more depending on profit
28 days holiday
4% pension
