Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

This role, initially focused on an Senior to Principal Mechanical designer, is a rounded position within a multi-office Building Services Consultant providing the chance to mentor, develop junior team members, client-focused with fast-tracked progression should you so desire.
The Role –
– Autonomous leading of projects simultaneously undertaking detailed drawing, design, calculation, specification reporting of Mechanical systems
– Ensure all bespoke project requirements are conducted in line with relevant building codes, British Standards and regulation
– Putting together specific documentation, technical reports, continual client, fellow professional updating from inception to project handover, completion
Requirements –
– Possessing relevant Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree or further education qualification
– Previous background operating within Building Services Consultant, M&E Contractor, similar position
– Knowledge of industry recognised Mechanical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, calculation tools
Package –
– To £60k per annum
– 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays
– Hybrid working model
– Private healthcare
