Mechanical Estimator required for a highly successful HVAC installation and maintenance business that provides full turnkey solutions for commercial buildings throughout London and the South East.

This is suitable for an Intermediate or Senior Estimator or Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

Preferably mechanical qualifications i.e plumbing apprenticeship, NVQ 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, NVQ 2 Heating & Ventilation, Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Building Services or similar

Experience of pricing jobs from drawings and surveys

Experience of tendering

Package:

£55,000 to £65,000

Bonus Based on profit

33 days Holiday
