My client is a market leading multi discipline M&E contractor who is looking for a mechanical estimator to tender on projects with values ranging from £500k up to £3 million. Their projects include the education, commercial, MOJ, MOD and health care sectors.

This is also suitable for an Intermediate or Senior Estimator or a Quantity surveyor or engineers / trades with commercial experience looking to come off the tools

Requirements

  • Mechanical qualifications i.e plumbing apprenticeship, NVQ 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or Heating & Ventilation, Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building services or similar
  • Experience of pricing jobs from drawings and surveys
  • Experience of tendering jobs between £500k and £3 million

Package:

  • £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • Car / allowance
  • 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Company pension scheme
