Mechanical Estimator – Building Services

We are searching for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established design and build M&E contractor in Cannock.

While we ideally want to find an experienced Estimator or Senior Mechanical Estimator we also welcome applications from individuals with pipe fitter knowledge who want to move into Estimating.

The Role

  • Typically office based
  • Reviewing tenders, designs
  • Pricing labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
  • Project values £250K – £4M
  • Nationwide projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildings

Hours: Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1730, Friday 0800 – 1600

Requirements

You must have mechanical building services knowledge

You must be either an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Manager or a budding junior estimator – i.e. currently a Pipe Fitter!

Package

Negotiable salary DoE £40K – £65K
