Mechanical Estimator – M&E Contractor
We are searching for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established design and build M&E contractor in Cannock.
While we ideally want to find an experienced Mechanical, we also welcome applications from individuals with Project Management background in pipework and ventilation installs.
The Role
- Typically office based
- Reviewing tenders, designs
- Pricing labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
- Project values £250K – £4M
- Projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildings
Hours: Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1730, Friday 0800 – 1600
Requirements
You must have mechanical building services knowledge – pipe work & ventilation
You must be either an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Manager and experienced in pricing and quoting projects.
You must be local to Cannock.
Package
Negotiable salary DoE £55K – £65K
