Mechanical Project Engineer – Building Services Engineering / HVAC
We are looking for a Project Engineer to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of builds for datacentre projects.
Applicants must have a mechanical bias and project engineering background in M&E / building services engineering such as a M&E / HVAC contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer.
- Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
- Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
- Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing
- Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
- Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
- Monday – Friday, early finish Friday
Requirements
- HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Likely to have worked in a M&E/HVAC Contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer
- Building services experience as Project engineer, project manager
- Plant room knowledge beneficial
- Organised and clear communicator
Package
- £50K – £55K
- 25 days holiday
