Our Midlands-based client are growing as a business and, as a result, are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services industry to join the team – mainly focused on commercial office fit-out scope of works.
The Role –
– Day to day running of built environment sector projects, overseeing all mechanical system working aspects
– Ensuring building services industry standards, legislative measures and codes are adhered to
– Acting as a point of contact, regular engagement with clients, sub-contractors, further project professionals
Requirements –
– Background within Building Services acting a Mechanical engineer operative, Project Manager, similar
– Experience of running ranging size built environment sector projects
– Management of budgets, ensuring project timelines are met
Package –
– To £65k per annum
– 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays
– Performance-related bonus
