Mechanical Site Manager

My client is a market leading multi discipline M&E contractor who is looking for a mechanical site manager to look after the day to day management of the site, manage the materials and labour on site and to liaise with the clients. Their projects are in the education, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors.

Requirements:

  • Have a SMSTS and CSCS card
  • Engineering qualifications, trade i.e Plumbing/ Pipe fitting or professional i.e HND or Degree
  • Currently a mechanical site manager
  • Experience managing sites

Package:

  • £40,000 to £50,000
  • 4% pension
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Private healthcare
  • Car / allowance + fuel card
