Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in the Sheffield area who are looking to add an experienced MIG Welder to their growing production team.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering consistent work, paid overtime, and a supportive workshop environment.
The Role
MIG welding of mild steel components
Working from engineering drawings
Producing high-quality welds to specification
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working as part of an experienced fabrication/welding team
The Ideal Candidate
Proven MIG welding experience (workshop or manufacturing environment)
Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Welding qualifications advantageous but not essential if experience is strong
