My client have an opening in their busy Deep Sea & Airfreight Department for a skilled and experienced Multi Modal Freight Executive

The Company
Multi-modal International Freight Forwarder.
Employing circa 25 Staff across their Sea freight, Airfreight, & European export and import departments with a Team of Management responsible for each department.
A significant part of the business is FCL and consolidated Sea Freight worldwide.
Person Specification
The individual will already have experience in Sea Freight FCL &/or LCL Deep Sea Forwarding.
They will have good customer service skills, be able to work well alone and in a team and experience of working in a Freight Forwarding environment.
Ideally they should be confident in the entire end to end process, from quotation stage, through booking & documentation handling shipments from start to finish.
The Role
The position is to be involved within the well-established team and to assist in driving the development and profitability of the department as we continue to add new services, overseas partners and clients.
The role is very much a “Hands on” position working directly with clients & operating the daily tasks associated with handling shipments on a start to finish basis.
Location: Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday
Holiday entitlement: Up to 22 days
Pension Contribution: 5% of salary
Bonus Scheme: paid annually
Starting salary: Dependent on experience.
