Ocean & Air Import Operator – Sale – £33k – Hybrid
A global logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong presence in over 40 countries who offer a wide range of services including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Ocean & Air Import Operator to join our dynamic team. As an Ocean & Air Import Operator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the import of goods via ocean and air freight. You will work closely with clients, airlines, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of cargo.

Responsibilities
- Manage Air Imports operations
- Manage Sea Imports operations
- Cut Airway Bills and Bills of Lading
- Complete customs entries – preferable
- Production of quotations
- Invoice jobs on completion
- Replying promptly to emails
- Good customer service
Requirements
- Experience in a start-to-finish air and/or ocean Import freight forwarding role
- Cargowise Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of air and ocean export procedures
- Communication and complaint resolution skills
