A global logistics company are looking for a multi-modal operator to join their team of logistic experts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the transportation of goods via multiple modes, including air, sea, and land. The Multimodal Operator will ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The Role:
- Manage multi-modal shipments (Ocean, and Road) from start to finish
- Calculate, negotiate, and prepare freight quotations
- Coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, shipping lines, and hauliers
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
What You Need:
- Customs knowledge
- Experience using logistics systems
- 2+ years’ experience in freight forwarding across multiple transport modes
- End-to-end shipment management experience
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Understanding of incoterms and industry regulations
