Ocean and Air Import Coordinator – Southport – Up to £35,000

Position: Ocean and Air Import Coordinator
Department: Multi-modal – Sea + Air
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm or 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 – £35,000 (Negotiable) DOE
Location: Birkdale, Southport

Due to one of their long term staff going into retirement they are looking to add a new Multi-modal import coordinator to join the team.
You’ll be delivering end to end operations including customs, for key existing clients.
Requirements:
Experienced delivering start to finish operations from rate negotiation to invoicing
Must have prior experience working across both Sea and Air freight – road freight would be a bonus
Able to complete import customs entries
Confident in managing own accounts and liaising with overseas agents and carriers
Strong time management skills
Accurate documentation
