Ocean Export Coordinator – 4 on 4 off (Nights)
Location: Slough, UK
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (19:00 – 07:00)
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000
From You:
- Previous experience in ocean export coordination or a similar logistics role.
- In-depth knowledge of ocean freight operations, documentation, and customs procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work nights (19:00 – 07:00) on a 4 on, 4 off shift rotation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and export-related software.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of ocean export operations, ensuring shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and export declarations.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient export processes.
- Handling all queries related to shipments and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
- Monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, shipping routes, and best practices.
