We are partnering with a leading, globally recognized freight forwarding organization to appoint an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a well-established business with a strong reputation for service, stability, and internal progression.

You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced Export department of industry specialists, contributing your expertise to ensure smooth end-to-end management of ocean export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full A-Z ocean export cycle, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all shipments.

• Coordinate with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.

• Prepare and process all export documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.

• Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any issues throughout the export process.

• Maintain accurate data entry and file management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service from booking through to final delivery.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated A-Z ocean export experience within a freight forwarding environment.

• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise is essential.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-focused office environment.
