Ocean Export Coordinator – Feltham – Up to £35,000
Our client are looking for an Ocean Export Coordinator to manage the smooth and timely movement of international freight. This role combines customer service, operational accuracy, and supplier coordination to keep shipments on track from start to finish.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: Up to £35,000
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ocean export shipments, ensuring smooth and timely process flow.
- Track and trace shipments, keeping customers and overseas offices updated.
- Prepare and send export documents and shipping notices.
- Manage accurate billing for clients and vendors.
- Liaise with carriers, trucking companies, and other partners.
- Support customers with shipment arrangements and service updates.
- Maintain and update customer SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Escalate issues and support continuous process improvements.
What they’re Looking For
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics – ocean exports for a UK based forwarder
- Knowledge of ocean export documentation; Hazmat certification a bonus.
- Must be based in UK with RTW in the UK – No sponsorship is on offer
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Fluent in English
