Location: Manchester, Salford

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

Job Type: Full Time

From You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sea Export / Import freight forwarding and have a working knowledge and experience in processing export customs entries using CDS.
  • Handling FCL and LCL shipments from start to finish including customs clearance, raising, and checking documentation.
  • Candidate will need to have great communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The Role:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sea Exports / Imports
  • Good understanding of Sea freight processes and procedures / inco shipping terms
  • Quoting overseas agents and UK customers
  • Interact with UK customers and overseas agent to arrange shipments.
  • Customer updates, customer requests
  • Arranging transport, client updates etc
  • Proving quotes to oversees agents.
  • Invoicing
  • Crosstrade Sea freight LCL and FCL shipments
