Location – Witham
Salary – £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours – Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700

This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a thriving freight forwarding company based in Witham that are rapidly expanding.
Key Responsibilities – Ocean Import LCL Operator
An opportunity to work within our growing deep sea import team. We are looking for a bright,
enthusiastic individual who has had at least 2 years general forwarding experience. Working within our busy import LCL department.
Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
ERTS procedures & handling
Dealing with overseas offices & partners
Working start to finish on files.
Processing sales & purchases
Raising Invoices
Managing direct client accounts
Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.
Experience required – Ocean Import LCL Operator
Must have at least 2 years freight forwarding experience.
Must have experience with FCL.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
