Your Role:
- Manage multiple customer import bookings (sea and air freight, including FCL/LCL).
- Liaise with co-loaders and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and manage cross-trade bookings.
- Maintain accurate booking data and communicate updates to clients and suppliers.
- Prepare customs clearance templates for agents and close jobs to customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently while following guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail.
