Ocean Import Operator – Medway – £35k

A leading logistics and transportation company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ocean Import Operator to join our growing team. As an Ocean Import Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the coordination, documentation, and execution of ocean import shipments in accordance with global standards. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Package

  • £30k – £35k Depending on Experience
  • 20 days increasing plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Ocean Import Operations
  • Ability to cut Bills of Lading
  • Ability to complete customs entries – preferable
  • Production of quotations
  • Invoice jobs on completion

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role: Ocean/Sea freight operator/clerk/coordinator, import operator/clerk/coordinator
  • Import experience
  • Ocean Freight experience
