Office Assistant – Tilbury | Part-time

Our client, are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Tilbury on a part-time basis.

Job type: Part-time

Hours: 3.5 hours, 3-days a week.

Salary: £14hr

Job responsibilities and tasks:

  • Sort, organise and maintain office records accurately.
  • Streamline document filing process always ensuring their availability.
  • Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations.
  • Maintain a record of the documents filed and removed.
  • Organise and archive records and documents.
  • Use numerical systems to organise paper and electronic records documents.
  • Process requests for files and data.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of records.
  • Maintain company archives

Role requirements:

  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Previous clerical experience.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Knowledge of filing systems
  • Must own their own vehicle.
  • Must have a clean licence.
  • Must be insured for work-related driving.
  • Good communication skills and friendly personality.
  • Strong and dynamic team player.
