Position: Operations Account Manager – Air & Ocean Imports/Exports
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Salary: £35,000 + benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday – (Hybrid)

We are working with a leading, employee-owned global logistics company that is part of an award-winning group with an impressive benefits package. They are now the largest employee-owned logistics business in the world and are looking for an experienced Operations Account Manager to join their Air & Ocean Imports & Exports team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of client accounts, manage day-to-day operations, and drive profit growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to all customers and maintain high standards across accounts
• Facilitate door to door import/export operations for air and ocean freight operations.
• Invoice and cost shipment files accurately and on time
• Manage business from inception to completion, including carrier/service selection to maximise profitability
• Maintain and monitor service expectations for existing and key accounts
• Develop new opportunities from existing business and drive commercial growth
• Follow company operational procedures and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions and support team goals
