£35,000 – £40,000 + 10% Shift Allowance
4 on / 4 off (7am – 7pm)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, fast-growing logistics specialist operating at the forefront of time-critical transport solutions. This business has built a strong reputation for delivering urgent shipments across road and air, supporting clients where speed and precision are essential.
This is a high-energy, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and wants to be part of a dynamic operations team.
The Role
- Coordinate time-critical shipments across road and air (import & export)
- Manage urgent hand carry shipments and high-priority consignments
- Liaise with airlines, hauliers, and international partners
- Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met
- Problem-solve in real-time and provide proactive updates to customers
- Ensure all operational and customs documentation is accurate and compliant
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in time-critical, air freight, or express logistics (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of import/export operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours/overtime when required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong attention to detail
