As Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customs processing and logistical coordination. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing operations team working to support both client needs and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process customer cargo through UK customs systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
- Meet departmental KPIs with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide additional operational support as assigned by the line manager
What You Will Need:
- Prior experience completing customs clearance entries
- Familiarity with ASM Sequoia or similar customs software
- Functional skills in English and Mathematics
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- A collaborative, proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
