We are supporting a leading organisation in their search for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join their busy team based in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with logistics teams and the warehouse to ensure client requirements are accurately fulfilled and on time.
- Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate timely and accurate information to clients regarding materials, shipments, and delivery status.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimise service delivery and support margin improvement.
From You?
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve service quality and performance.
- Ability to analyse operational performance and contribute to process improvement.
- An existing network of suppliers and logistics contacts is beneficial.
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
