A nationally recognised logistics and supply chain business is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team at their key site in Tamworth. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational strategies, ensuring service efficiency, compliance, and team leadership are consistently achieved. You will be a key driver of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations across the Tamworth site

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to exceed performance and safety KPIs

• Ensure operational compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

• Implement process improvements to drive service efficiency and cost control

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
