Operations Manager – Houston, TX
$100,000 – $12,000 per year
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead logistics and distribution activities for a fast-growing organization based in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in supply chain operations, team leadership, and process optimization within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and develop a high-performing team across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and supply chain best practices.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
