Operations Manager – GBIS & ECO4 scheme
You will be responsible for coordinating technical surveys and retrofit assessments as well as installer workflows, and ensuring all activities meet scheme regulations.
The role:
- To lead the daily operations and performance management of GBIS and ECO4 installations.
- Ensure the smooth and successful delivery of retrofit projects from initial assessment through to final lodgement.
- Coordinate scheduling and oversee the quality of technical surveys and retrofit assessments, ensuring adherence to PAS 2035 and relevant scheme standards.
- Liaise with Customers to keep them engaged and informed during the process.
- Support and schedule installation team
- Ensure compliance with scheme documentation
- Manage small team for 4-5 including installers & office support staff
Hours: Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in delivering ECO schemes (ECO3, ECO4, and GBIS).
- In-depth knowledge of retrofit standards, especially PAS 2035:2023 and RdSAP methodologies.
You will likely have held a similar position with an installer such as; Installation Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager
