Pricing Coordinator – Solihull – £35k
The Company:
This global forwarder are looking for an Air and Ocean Pricing Coordinator to join their growing team in the Birmingham area. The role is to manage Air and Ocean Pricing from within the whole of Europe and manage Europe Ocean Pricing for RFQs generated in other regions.

- £30K- £35K Depending on Experience
- 20 days increasing to 25 holiday plus bank holidays.

Ocean Freight Operator Responsibilities
- Communicates all aspects of capabilities and service offerings available to the client
- Negotiate directly with ocean and air carriers to achieve best pricing
- Coordinate with different departments and offices domestically and globally across the global network to build end to end logistics solutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
- Maintain existing client base and simultaneously prospect for new clients and opportunities when possible
Requirements
- Strong Sea & Air Freight knowledge including pricing, processes and operations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Very detail oriented & strong analytical skills
- Proactive, strong organisational skills
