Principal progressing to Director MEP Design Engineer – Building Services
Are you an ambitious Mechanical or rounded MEP Building Services Design Engineer seeking the opportunity to spearhead and build a team in a start-up location in a multi-office group?
Do you have the desire to become on equity Director or be at the epicentre of launching an English office for a Northern Ireland based employer?
This is a unique opening which has arisen for a high-end Senior standard MEP Design Engineer to drive client interaction, project involvement initially, with a view to potentially starting a new limited company upon the foundation of the current business as you continue to flourish and develop.
Our client have utilised this business model previously with three companies started this way, all of which are turning over in excess of £1m annually.
The Role –
– Initially getting a greater grasp and understanding of existing clients and projects to build and develop current relationships/book of works
– Looking at high level strategy with clients and design team
– Carrying out site inspections of ongoing projects
– Reaching a position where you are leading, overseeing a developing, growing team
Requirements –
– Building Services Design Engineer with approaching 10 years experience covering either residential, office, hotel, commercial sectors
– Awareness of present and upcoming British regulation and standards
– Prepared to lead tasks needed in order to start a new venture
Package –
– Up to £85k per annum
– 30 days holiday annually
