Project Document Administrator – Part-time
We are seeking an individual to collate project documents such as O&M, H&S, and technical specs for handover to customers. The company designs and manufactures machinery solutions for manufacturing customers.
Experience as a Technical Project Administrator, Document Engineer, Project Support Executive or Document Controller within engineering, construction, civil engineering and therefore experienced in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate all project documents including O&M, design specs, health & safety, certifications, into a comprehensive file for handover to the customer
- Using MS office suite
- Working with stake holders; Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Design & Manufacturing to ensure all applicable documents are included and accurate
- Creating and managing project packs; processing documentation typical to project operations
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant
Part-time hours available: 20-25 hours per week, hours to suit the individual
Requirements:-
- Experienced in collating technical documents in a project-based technical environment – essential
- high-level user of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Package
- Salary to around £30K pro rata
- 25 days holiday pro rata
