My client is on the search of a Project Assistant to join their growing team. The role would suit someone with a keen interest in Project Management and keen to progress within this family run engineering company.

This role is a dynamic role which supports the scheduling and coordinating works within the business.

The Role

  • Support managements with scheduling and coordinating of site works.
  • Support engineers with any site requirement making sure all equipment & information is given.
  • Dealing with order processing & arranging transportation.
  • Coordinating with internal departments & clients making sure parts & projects are on time.
  • Provide technical support if required.


  • Great communication skills (Verbally/Written).
  • Have experience in Project or Service Coordinating.
  • Be assertive, have strong organisation skills
  • Have great Customer Service skills
  • Be flexible & reactive under pressure


  • Salary – £24k-£28k
  • Potential to work a 4 day week
