Project Co-ordinator
Multi-Modal Project Coordinator – Harrow, London – Up to £35,000
Job Type: Maternity Cover – 9 Months to 1 Year – Opportunity for a full-time position
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

- Project Freight Forwarding
- Air Freight
- International Road Freight
- Sea Freight
- Customs Documents
- Incoterms
- Import
- Export
Job Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Assess and determine order of priorities on a daily basis with regards to workload
- Prepare shipping documents
- Issue quotations
- Handle queries
- Client visits when required
- Ensure clients timetables are achieved
- Booking relevant transports from global locations
- Cross checking suppliers paperwork
- Prepare and Send pre-alerts
- Ensure all job files are completed in accordance with QA and project requirements
- Check and confirm shipment arrivals to destination
