Quantity Surveyor – Construction

I am working with a reputable construction company based in Portsmouth who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to cover their fit outs, full refurbishments and conversion contracts. This is suitable for Quantity Surveyors looking to get in with a company who are constantly growing and boasts a great client base covering the south.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Good Verbal and written communication with Clients, Subcontractors and Employees
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Record-keeping skills
  • Follows instructions well

Package:

  • £60,000 salary
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Private healthcare after 2 years
  • 4% pension
  • Shareholder options as the company grows
