YOU

• Attitude – The most important skill for any employee. You will be positive and yearning to learn.
• You’ll need to a sales background in either B2C or B2B or high volume customer service.

THE ROLE

• 360 recruitment
• We’ll give you some past clients to get you started
• Interviewing candidates via telephone
• Marketing available candidates to employers
• Writing job adverts and screening applications
• Manage you own portfolio of customers
• Achieving your sales target

BENEFITS PACKAGE

• Salary to £20,000-£25,000
• Commission. 1st Year OTE £23,000 – £30,000
• 25 days holiday
• Free parking
