The Role

As a Trainee Recruiter / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients

• Interviewing and assessing candidates over the phone

• Writing compelling job adverts and shortlisting applications

• Marketing top candidates to employers

• Building lasting business relationships

• Achieving (and smashing!) your sales targets

You’ll even be given a warm client base to get you started – so you can hit the ground running.

What We’re Looking For

• Attitude is everything. You’re positive, proactive, and eager to learn.

• A background in sales (B2B or B2C) or high-volume customer service is essential.

• You’re motivated by success – and ready to put in the work to achieve it.

What’s In It For You

• Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

• 1st Year OTE: £28,000 – £32,000 (uncapped commission)

• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
