Technical Recruitment Consultant / Internal Sales Executive

White Recruitment is searching for another enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Engineering and Technical team. A technical background nor recruitment experience is required. Your enthusiasm and hard work coupled with our support and training will enable you to become a highly successful technical recruiter.

The role

Whilst agency recruitment is sales based, with us its not high pressure or overly KPI driven. We trust our staff to manage their own time and activity levels.

Within this team, we recruit for a wide range of companies including; renewable energy, heating, ventilation air conditioning, automation & machinery, water treatment and manufacturing. You will specialise in one of these areas.

• Proactive business development; Identifying companies who are hiring & picking up vacancies
• Matching candidates with vacancies
• Interviewing candidates
• Writing and publishing job adverts
• Screening applications
• Researching new companies

Qualifications: GCSE English + further qualifications in your chosen field

Skills:

Confident communicator – this is a telephone based job

Research skills – we gain our knowledge through researching industries, companies, technologies, products and equipment

Comprehension skills – reading and interpreting information on CVs, Job Descriptions, website is key to this role

Experience:

Customer service or sales or business administration

Package

• Salary £23K-£26K basic, 25 days holiday
• Commission scheme; realistic year 1 OTE £30K, year 2 OTE £39K (Our best recruiters earn £60K-£80K)
