This Regional Manager opportunity is covering 7 care homes specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care. Part of a provider who have been providing the highest quality care for the last 20 years across England. They pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs in a warm, homely and friendly environment. This provider has grown to almost 40 homes with plans to expand and is considered within the top 20 providers of care in the UK. This is a Registered Manager opportunity not to be missed.
Requirements:
– Deliver Care and Support to a high standard by promoting person centred care and planning in conjunction with the residents
– Performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers
– Ensure CQC and company standards are met within the homes.
– Achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area
