This Regional Manager opportunity is covering 4 care homes specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care. Part of a company with an excellent reputation for the exceptional level of care they provide not only their residents but the support they provide to their staff. This is a Regional Manager opportunity not to be missed.

Requirements:
– Deliver Care and Support to a high standard by promoting person centred care and planning in conjunction with the residents
– Performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers
– Ensure CQC and company standards are met within the homes.
– Achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area
