HVAC Regional Sales Manager – Midlands, South West and Wales
Take ownership of sales across the Midlands, South West and Wales for a HVAC solutions manufacturer including pumps, chillers, packaged plant rooms, controls & automation. You’ll develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities with mechanical contractors.
- Salary to £65K + bonus. Realistic OTE £85K+
- Car allowance & paid mileage, 25 days holiday
What you’ll do
- Manage assigned accounts and work towards regional bookings and shipment targets.
- Grow the customer base through relationships with customers, distributors, design engineers and mechanical contractors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and customer presentations that communicate the value of tailored solutions.
- Work with colleagues on sales strategies and forecasts, and support sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or significant sales experience in HVAC such as pumps, fans, ventilation, chillers.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems, with experience of value-based or solution selling.
- A valid driving licence
- Live on patch
