I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to work as a Home Manager for a highly regarded care provider within their reputable elderly care home in Leicester.

The home provides person-centred Dementia, Mental Health, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment and Respite care for less than 40 residents.

As the Home Manager your role will include offering guidance and support to the staff team, reviewing care plans and assessing, planning and evaluating residents’ care, budget management, to ensure that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service and more.

In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £40,000 per annum along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
