The Registered Manager package includes:
– £50,000 per annum

Requirements:
– Ensuring OFSTED compliance with all safeguarding requirements.
– Manage and develop the team within the home to ensure high quality care.
– Budgeting and managing the resources in the home
– Working with families and multi-dicsiplinary teams to support each child in the home
