The Registered Manager package includes:
– £50,000 per annum

The Company:
A small brand new home that specialises in the care of children with Emotional Behavioral Disorders. Part of a group with an exceptional reputation for the care and support they offer every young person within their care. Working to a set of core values that are the basis for all the decisions made within the business to ensure the highest quality of person-centred support.
Requirements:
– Ensuring OFSTED compliance with all safeguarding requirements.
– Manage and develop the team within the home to ensure high quality care.
– Budgeting and managing the resources in the home
– Working with families and multi-dicsiplinary teams to support each child in the home
