Registered Nurse – Nights – Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a fantastic team in a Care Home in Chew Magna, Bristol on a part-time basis. • Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
• Hours: 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and stakeholders
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements

Qualifications

• RGN (active PIN)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Day-to-Day

• Engage in daily tasks that align with the company’s objectives and priorities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning
• Provide regular updates on progress and address any challenges promptly
• Ensure all work is completed within agreed time lines and to the highest standard
• Support colleagues and assist with additional duties as required
